Schools and local authorities
Training that gives your staff something to use on Monday
I deliver practical, research-grounded CPD to schools, colleges and local authorities working with learners who have dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD and other special educational needs. I deliver sessions in your setting and shape them around your staff and your context, not a generic deck.

Sessions I offer
Dyslexia: what is it and what do we do about it?
A grounding in what dyslexia actually is, what the evidence says, and the classroom adjustments that make the most difference. Staff leave able to spot the signs early and act on them with confidence.
"Miss, I just don't get numbers": understanding and supporting learners with dyscalculia
Why some learners find number so hard, how dyscalculia differs from maths anxiety, and the practical strategies that help. Built from my own years teaching secondary Maths.
Supporting learners with ADD and ADHD in a mainstream classroom
What attention difficulties look like day to day, and how to structure lessons, routines and expectations so those learners can succeed without separate provision.
